Please note we can only deliver to physical street addresses in New Zealand. We do not deliver internationally or to P.O. Boxes.
The delivery cost is based on the total purchase amount
Free freight on all orders $250 inc. gst ($217.39 + gst) and over
Orders less than $250 – $12 (standard address)
Orders less than $250 – $17 (rural address)
All deliveries are tracked and traced and therefore require a signature on delivery.
This Freight Policy applies to a Monday – Friday working week. No orders will be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
The times quoted for delivery are estimates only and The Gas Shop accepts no liability for failure or delay in delivery of goods.
The Gas Shop reserves the right to select the appropriate method of freight transport to ensure the best cost and security of the goods shipped.
The customer may arrange their own freight and must notify The Gas Shop in writing.
The Gas Shop’s commitment is that all orders received before 2pm will be dispatched that day via our standard delivery service (where not possible you will be notified accordingly at the time an order is placed). Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following day.
Risk in accepting the goods passes onto the customer on delivery.
The courier and freight carriers have a 1-3 day delivery target between major towns and cities in NZ but due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, lockdown, road closures etc.) this time may vary.
